In light of the ongoing COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak, Governor Baker issued an emergency Order on March 12, 2020, allowing public bodies greater flexibility in utilizing technology in the conduct of meetings under the Open Meeting Law. This committee makes a motion to accept this Executive Order for this meeting of the Governance Committee, on May 10, 2021.

We are seeking parents, and / or people with experience in the fields of HR, legal, and construction.

Please see Peter's e-mail from April 12th. At the previous meeting, a goal was set to review the first two sections of the charter. |

There needs to be some training for Board members on exactly how meetings will be run once in person meetings re-commence.
The group should look to clarify how certain aspects will need to be covered correctly. Assignments should be given out to each member of Governance to adequately plan for the June retreat. |
