J. Brown called a meeting to order on Friday Aug 21, 2026 at 9:15 AM.
II. Monthly Board Meeting Action Items

Approve Minutes
B. Rabbitt made a motion to approve the minutes from MOXIE PS Monthly Board Meeting on 07-24-26.
V. Hammonds seconded the motion.
The team VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Board Member Appointments and Resignations
B. Rabbitt made a motion to Accept Matt Pouliot's resignation.
C. Burnham seconded the motion.

Establishment of New Board Meeting Cadence
J. Brown made a motion to Change meeting schedule to bimonthly, 2 hour meetings, 9-11 am, with a 15 min executive session at each, beginning September 18, 2026.

The president raised a discussion of the CEO contract. The CEO contract will be reviewed by an attorney before being finally presented to the board for a vote. Charlie will ask for an email vote next week for this and other required policies.
