Call the Meeting to Order
Barbara H. Scott called a meeting of the board of trustees of Bronx Charter School for the Arts to order on Tuesday Apr 16, 2024 at 6:07 PM.

Approve Minutes
Lori Biancamano made a motion to approve the minutes from Monthly Board Meeting on 03-12-24.
Susan Geisenheimer seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Executive Director Report
A.
Mission Statement Revision
Susan Geisenheimer made a motion to approve the revise mission statement of the Bronx Charter School for the Arts presented at the Board Meeting held on April 16, 2024.
The revised mission statement will be provided to the NYSED Board of Regents and the Bronx Charter School for the Arts community members as appropriate.
Evette Stair- Radlein seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
