Call the Meeting to Order
Barbara H. Scott called a meeting of the board of trustees of Bronx Charter School for the Arts to order on Tuesday Aug 8, 2023 at 6:10 PM.

Questions and next steps
Susan Geisenheimer asked Heather if the application should note additional foundation grants, such as the Bloomberg Philanthropies Summer Boost grant. No further questions were asked.
Barbara H. Scott made a motion to Approve the current 2023 Charter Renewal application to submit to its authorizer, NYSED-Board of Regents, by the required deadline.
Susan Geisenheimer seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
