This resolution authorizes and directs the organization to enter into Tenant Loan Documents and authorizes the Executive Director to execute documents in connection with that Loan for the purpose of securing  payment into the 950 Longfellow reserve accounts an amount equivalent to the Mortgage Recording Tax on the refinancing of 950 Longfellow by Civic Builders.
