Carol Leighty called a meeting of the board of directors of Elevate School to order on Tuesday Oct 15, 2019 at 4:05 PM.

Adam McWethy made a motion to Approve the agenda.
Tom Keliinoi seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Approve Lease Agreement between Elevate School and CityView Church
Tom Keliinoi made a motion to Approve the 3 year lease agreement with a one year option.
Adam McWethy seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
