  • ROOF REPAIRS--completed over Spring Break-new leak developed-they came back to repair.  No additional leaks discovered at this time.
  • FEMA-  Working with contractors to secure estimates for Parking Lot grading/drainage for possibly adding drains along sidewalk/repairing sidewalk and adding 4" of soil to soccer field and grass seed,  and also tile floor repair.  May need City approval for additional drainage? Talked to another civil engineer--$18,000 for surveying/basic designs, approx total $32,000 if permits and certified designs are needed
  • USDA-  waiting for info from Willmot on building bidding..  Also -Need to submit more info to USDA. Civil Engineer says we will have issues with fire protection based on distance being greater than 400 feet to existing hydrants and the fact new building doesn't have sprinklers in design. Will also need to add sewage lift station to get sewage to existing lift station.
  • MODULAR building-  Communicating with Building Dept about small modular building where bus is located near playground. Again, we may have issues with fire protection.  Building would be small--approx 700 sq ft of usable space. Cant go bigger based on need for fire lane.   Avg middle School classroom = 810 sq ft, Science Room 950 Sq ft+ 100 storage room,
  • STAGE-  waiting on sign. Dedication scheduled for Tuesday.
  • ELECTRICITY- waiting on Duke to install new transformer to complete hook ups in back field areas.
