Call the Meeting to Order
Cassie Anderson called a meeting of the board of directors of Spokane International Academy to order on Wednesday Apr 22, 2026 at 4:40 PM.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 4:45 PM.

At this time, we do not have a quorum of Board members present. In accordance with Board policy and open meeting requirements, the Board is unable to conduct official business this evening.
As a result, tonight’s meeting is canceled. No votes, approvals, or formal actions will take place.
The Board Chair and school administration will work to determine next steps, including whether a special meeting or rescheduled meeting will be necessary. Notice of any future meeting will be provided in accordance with public meeting requirements.
