  • Resolution authorizing proceeding with the financing of the construction of a new building with the issuance of tax-exempt bonds.  The Resolution permits the Authorized Representatives to negotiate the terms of certain bond documents as well as amendments to the existing Master Trust Indenture (2020) and to execute those documents as may be required to close on the bond issue.
