A motion was made by Dr. Reva Gershen-Lowy and duly seconded to accept the
minutes of the October 3, 2023, board meeting. The motion was carried unanimously.


A motion was made by Dr. Gershen-Lowy for the Governance Committee to accept the
audit from BDO when submitted. It was duly seconded and the motion was carried unanimously.
