J. Stoneburner called a meeting of the board of trustees of James Jordan Middle School Board of Trustees to order on Wednesday Jul 22, 2015 at 6:07 PM.

Approve Minutes
F. Macauley arrived.
J. Boafo made a motion to approve minutes from the Board Meeting on 07-02-15 Board Meeting on 07-02-15.
S. Cornell seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Board development before August 3
T. Rivera-Tubbs arrived.

Employment agreement for Dr. Marsh
J. Stoneburner made a motion to assign the executive director 20 days of sick/personal leave for the 2015-2016 school year with two weeks of paid vacation.
T. Rivera-Tubbs seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
