Call the Meeting to Order
J. Boafo called a meeting of the board of trustees of James Jordan Middle School Board of Trustees to order on Wednesday Jul 9, 2014 at 5:36 PM.

A.
Resolution to submit Charter Renewal Petition
F. Macauley arrived.
J. Stoneburner made a motion to the board of JJMS resolves to direct the Executive Director, Dr. Marsh, to submit a renewal petition to LAUSD on July 17th, 2014, with the understanding that certain portions of the District Required Language will not be included. The Executive Director shall serve as Lead Petitioner and this resolution identifies Maria N. Alvarado as the Principal and Margaret Malone as the On-site Financial Manager.
J. Boafo seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
