Under Roll Call, all directors were present.

Matt Scheer made a motion to approve the agenda.
James Johnson seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.

Superintendent Harrison shared a reading for reflection.

Adjourn Meeting
It was moved by Director Scheer and seconded by Director Johnson to adjourn.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:34 pm. Motion carried.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 4:34 PM.
