NOTICE OF SPECIAL SESSION BOARD MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the White River Board of Directors will hold a Special Session Meeting on July 30, 2026 from 2:00 pm to approximately 2:30 pm.

The Special Meeting is called for the purpose of considering and acting upon:
Resolution No. 26-16, which provides for the amendment of Resolution No. 26-03 (1) to decrease the required minimum net present value savings from 4.00% to 3.00% with respect to the refunding of the District’s outstanding Unlimited Tax General Obligation Bonds, 2016.
(1) Resolution No. 26-03, adopted March 11, 2026, provides for the issuance, sale and delivery of the District’s unlimited tax general obligation refunding bonds to provide funds necessary to refund all or a portion of the District’s outstanding Unlimited Tax General Obligation Bonds, 2016 to effect a savings in debt service.
