College-Ready Learners
J Hudgins shared that the Texas Education Agency will not be releasing A-F school grades by September 28 as previously committed. The timeline has been communicated as "later this fall."
J Hudgins shared the accountability estimate and explained that is being calculated differently and the changes to the STAAR test from the previous year, including the addition of new question types and writing elements.

Highly Effective Team
M Quaile shared staffing levels and challenges. There are improvements in certified teachers and resident teachers on track to certification.

Engaged Parents & Community
M Quaile shared data on enrollment. 8th grade is oversubscribed. Only King MS and Odom MS have increased enrollment since the previous year.

High Quality Model: Growth
M Quaile shared updates on Houston ISD and other Houston-area districts.
