f. Executive Session: Title 1, Chapter 13, Sub-chapter 1, Freedom of Access, 405, (6) (A)(1): 

Individual’s Right to Privacy 

M. Thomas made a motion to to enter executive session. Executive session entered at 5:46pm. Executive session exited at 6:08pm.
J. Townsend seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
A. Landry made a motion to to expel a student subject to satisfying the conditional plan that has been presented to the Board by the Head of School during the executive session. Unanimous.
M. Thomas seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
