S. Breen called a meeting of the board of trustees of Empower College Prep to order on Tuesday Oct 8, 2019 at 9:08 AM.

Approve Minutes
P. Welborn made a motion to approve minutes from the Governing Board Meeting on 09-23-19 Governing Board Meeting on 09-23-19.
G. Perez seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Vote on Executive Compensation
P. Welborn made a motion to Approve Executive Director's performance pay for FY 2019.
G. Perez seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
