S. Breen called a meeting of the board of trustees of Empower College Prep to order on Monday Sep 23, 2019 at 4:37 PM.

P. Welborn made a motion to approve minutes from the Governing Board Meeting on 07-20-19 Governing Board Meeting on 07-20-19.
G. Perez seconded the motion.
