P. Welborn called a meeting of the board of trustees of Empower College Prep to order on Thursday Jul 18, 2019 at 4:39 PM.

Approve FY 20 Transportation Contract
G. Perez made a motion to approve FY 20 transportation contract.
S. Breen seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
