Minutes were tabled. No vote was taken.
II. Finance & Compliance

Review monthly financials
A. Crespo presented and fielded questions on the year to date financial for Empower College Prep.
B.
Review FY 2018 personnel draft
B.Holman presented and fielded questions on the proposed staffing plan for 2017-18 and rationale for changes.
C.
Review FY 2018 operating budget draft
The committee reviewed a draft budget for 2017-18 school year.
