Whereas: Empower College Prep's 5-year projections during bond financing included enrollment of up to 1200 students, and
Whereas: The Arizona State Board for Charter Schools approved an increase of only 60, from 915 to 975, to see continued performance and demonstration of need, and
Whereas: Empower College Prep's academic performance last year and present enrollment both support the approval of an enrollment cap increase.
