Board members are encouraged to ask questions and make recommendations to increase the effectiveness of the organization's recruitment efforts.

Angela Eich will present the assumptions and proposed operating budget for FY21 that includes the effect on available capital. Board members will have the opportunity to ask clarifying questions, discuss, and ultimately vote to approve the proposed budget.

Educational Technology Consortium ("ETC") provides the technical services that support Empower College Prep's student information system, Synergy. The attached Cooperative Purchasing Agreement needs to be approved and signed by the governing board.
