The NSLP Food Program Permanent Service Agreement (FFPSA) has been revised to include an updated list of authorized signers. The FPPSA is an agreement between Empower College Prep and the State Board of Education for the purpose pf participating in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), School Breakfast Program, and/or Special Milk Program.
