The committee was impressed with the Provost's presentation and appreciated her time explaining how faculty are trained and supported in the areas of classroom management and professional development. The committee would like to request a summary of the bi-annual teacher evaluations, and compare those to previous years, in order to celebrate faculty growth as well as identify further areas of support. As the school has matured since its opening, the committee recognizes that teachers feel more equipped to handle the unique challenges that our school community may bring, and we look forward to seeing this illustrated in the data.
