Next step is to ask the Finance and Development committees about a joint meeting when the board meets in January. The modular buildings are being investigated as a viable alternative.
Tasks:
Amy will reach out to Carolina Elementary School about their modular buildings.
Darlene will look at other schools in Hartsville area/Darlington County School District to see if they have modular buildings.
Ask about challenges, satisfaction, recommendations, timeframe, etc. Will we share and compare questions to gather the same information.

Draft a timeline
Since this is not the primary plan, we will set a timeline of February pending updates.

Schedule Monthly Spring Meetings
Next meeting on Thursday, January 29th. Tentatively scheduled for 7:00 pm.
