The official meting of the board is by law a public meeting and the Butler Academy Board values citizen input. However, in order to protect the integrity of the meeting agenda, public dialogue will be restricted to the 'Public Comments' section of the agenda or as directed by the Board Chairman. Upcoming board elections almost upon us. Request trustees to inform our Board Chairperson of their intentions to stay on the board or roll off since majority of terms are coming to an end. There are no limits to number of terms served. Publish election calendar March, call for nominees, use electionrunner.com again. Currently have 9 seats, hope expand to 11. 5 seats up for appointment, 6 up for election.
