Roger Coy described and showed various reports from:

PowerSchool, Aleks, NWEA, State Run Reporting including the Dashboard, SmarterBalanced Web Site, and DataQuest, Charter Vision was also discussed.  Roger also shared a quote from MMARS for additional reports if desired in the future. It was decided not to pursue MMARS until we identify a need.

B.

What Other Types of Data Do We Need?

Right now, we have enough data. We need to start analyzing the data and determine what else is needed from there.

C.

Next Actions To Take

Next meeting tentatively set for August 15, 9am. Roger to bring reports showing:

1) Distance from School vs Truancy
2) Economic group vs Truancy
3) Cohort Testing Performance

Michael is working on providing at least 2 data analytic companies that other schools use to decrease the burden from Roger in cross matching data between systems

Roger is determining the best way to aggregate data from different systems and if we can. We want to also know if there is a way to utilize the state number or a number for cross-referencing since we cannot use the child's name.

D.
