Wonderful College Prep Academy (WCPA) seeks approval of a five-year agreement with CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP (CLA) for independent financial audit services, replacing its current contract with Eide Bailly LLP. CLA has prior experience auditing WCPA, specializes in charter school audits, and offers a lower annual cost of $38,250. While minor terms are still being negotiated, the main provisions regarding cost and term remain unchanged. WCPA requests the Governing Board’s approval, as it must contract with an audit firm by March 1st each year unless under a multi-year agreement.

WCPA is seeking approval for an $89,938 invoice from Wise Electric & Communications, Inc. for electrical work. The project will be fully funded through donations and grants, resulting in no fiscal impact to WCPA – Lost Hills.
