L. Rodriguez called a meeting of the Governance Committee of KIPP SoCal Public Schools to order on Monday May 16, 2022 at 2:11 PM.

J. Miller made a motion to approve the minutes from KIPP SoCal Governance Committee Meeting on 03-02-22.
H. Lord seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Committee discussed and agreed upon CEO evaluation process to take place beginning in July and concluding at September board meeting.
