IV. Selection of Auditors

Selection of auditors for the Fiscal Year 2021-22 financial statements and tax return.
Discussion ensued. Committee Members were supportive of engaging CLA based on the reasonable price and successful performance of the 2020-21 audit. The item will be taken to the full Board for approval at the upcoming meeting.
