IV. Selection of Auditors
A.
Selection of auditors for the Fiscal Year 2020-21 financial statements and tax return.
A discussion ensued regarding the continued engagement of CliftonLarsonAllen as KIPP SoCal's auditors for FY20-21. There was agreement that CLA should be engaged as the auditors based on prior year's performance and the general benefits of having continuity in the auditor relationship.
No vote because meeting did not have a quorum of the committee members.
