Board Member Assessment & Improvement
The committee received an update on board members whose terms expire this year and upcoming board leadership changes. The committee also reviewed outcomes of 25-26 goals and recommendation from KIPP SoCal leadership on 26-27 goals for board members. No action was taken.

The committee discussed CEO evaluation to bring to the full board for a vote. No action was taken.
