Call the Meeting to Order

S. Brice called a meeting of the board of trustees of Albany Leadership Charter School for Girls to order on Friday Mar 7, 2025 at 5:06 PM.

II. Ratify the Union Contract

A.

Vote to Accept and Ratify the Union Contract

S. Brice made a motion to Accept and Ratify the Union Contract which was approved by Union Membership on March 3, 2025.
V. Rhodes seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 5:10 PM.
