We reviewed the principal's report from January.  There has been some activity with College Visitation.  

We have added a few more students in Jan/Feb. Daily attendance is steady even coming off of a break. Reinstated home visits.

We have seen an increase in students who have achieved high honor roll and honor roll status.

POP 5 ends on March 4th

College Admission is steady.  Several colleges are planning Instant Admit Days in the next few weeks.  They are also hosting some FAFSA workshops.

Ms. Orcutt explained the development dashboard.  We have received more donations from corporations, faculty staff, and board members.

The leadership team is still developing the alumni dashboard. They are performing outreach to alums and using the Clearinghouse to locate students.  An alumni newsletter is in development.  Ms. Robertson asked if they could identify some alums who might be good board members.

Expansion- .Ms. Cook has made a connection with the Principal of BC. there is also a plan for a media blitz about the 6th-grade addition.

Surveys: all surveys will go out to students and parents in March.  Faculty and Staff will be in April.

Graduation-several scenarios are being reviewed. More information will come.
