M. Moree called a meeting of the board of trustees of Albany Leadership Charter School for Girls to order on Tuesday Jun 4, 2019 at 4:38 PM.

Resolution To Authorize Documents Related to Bond Transaction
M. Moree made a motion to approve the Resolution Authorizing the execution and deliver of the PS Agreement and the Closing Documents related to the purchase of the property.
S. Cates-Williams seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
