Call the Meeting to Order
E. Robertson called a meeting of the board of trustees of Albany Leadership Charter School for Girls to order on Thursday Apr 26, 2018 at 5:00 PM.

Approve Minutes
D. MacGregor made a motion to approve minutes from the March 2018 Board Meeting on 03-22-18 March 2018 Board Meeting on 03-22-18.
J. Vallee seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
II. Accountability
A.
Accountability Committee Report Out
Ms Pattisti spoke about Women's Career Day. It was a big success with over 20 professional women attending. Mr. Rivers presented the Principal's report. Enrollment is still strong. Recruitment for 2018-2019 students is underway. A full plan is in place. At this point, college matriculation is strong for graduated students.
III. Finance
A.
Finance Committee Report Out and Financial Statement Review
Ms. Moree presented the financial dashboard. The Finance Committee has a preliminary budget underway and final budget will be presented at the June Board meeting for vote. Salary schedule for teachers was reviewed.
IV. Other Business

Graduation Information
Graduation is planned for June 22nd at the Egg. Regalia orders were collected

J. Vallee made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
S. Cates-Williams seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 6:00 PM.
