Call the Meeting to Order
K. Shah called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Pharos Academy Charter School to order on Tuesday Jul 19, 2022 at 5:05 PM.

Approve Minutes
K. Shah made a motion to approve the minutes from Pharos Academy Charter School Finance Commitee Meeting (Zoom) on 06-14-22.
J. Lopez-Molina seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Pre-Audit Check-In
Kate VanBramer of MMB provided a brief presentation on the audits the school is going through. She discussed the objectives, the approach, the team and more.
She asked if the Finance Committee desired to go into Executive Session to discuss any matters; the request was not necessary/the Finance Committee does not have any questions or concerns.
The school, 4SS, and MMB will continue to work together for this year's audits.

4th Sector reviewed the preliminary financial documents. The report includes revenue and expenditures for FY22. The team will continue to work on final expenses for the previous fiscal year. A surplus remains expected for the FY22 school year.
