J. Lopez-Molina called a meeting to order on Thursday Jul 15, 2021 at 6:03 PM.

Approve Minutes
J. Lopez-Molina made a motion to approve the minutes from BLCS Property Holding Company Board Meeting on 06-17-21.
T. Wethington seconded the motion.
a motion was made and unanimously approved to approve the minutes from the June 2020 and May 2020 Bronx Property Holding Company Board Meetings
The team VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Current Business
A.
Dissolution of BLCS Property Holding Company
- Alison has prepared a resolution that all Board members will need to sign to dissolve the entity. Courtney will follow up with the document via email. Board members must sign with a "wet" signature and scan back to Courtney.
- Alison has found an attorney in Delaware who is equipped to support us with the dissolution, she is awaiting a response.
- Once she receives a response she will pass along their contact information to Courtney and issue a memo as to the steps that need to be taken to finalize the matter.
