R. Granado called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Pharos Academy Charter School to order on Monday Oct 19, 2020 at 6:00 PM.

Approve Minutes
R. Granado made a motion to approve the minutes from Pharos Academy Charter School Finance Commitee Meeting on 09-09-20.
T. Wethington seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Michelle Cain of MMB (auditing firm) reviewed the details of Pharos Academy Charter School's FY20 Audit.
III. FY20 Audit Acceptance

FY20 Audit Acceptance
Courtney Russell shared that the Pharos Academy Charter School Board of Trustee voted unanimously on October 15, 2020 to delegate authority to the Finance Committee to accept the school's FY20 audit.
