Pinto Bean Education Celebration
Discussed the Pinto Bean Celebration to take place May 16, 2026 12pm-2 pm.
Cassie is going to provide links to the order forms for Committee members to share

National Charter School Week
Did not have adequate time to plan, will plan to celebrate next year in May when they release the dates.

A.
PTO sign ups
Dr. Williams is planning for a sign up sheet to be sent out soon.
How to get Volunteers was also discussed. It was suggested to reach out to community organizations such as Girl Scout, Youth Church groups and other community groups for volunteering to help get the school ready
