Call the Meeting to Order
J. Taylor called a meeting of the board of directors of Northwest Georgia Charter Academy to order on Monday Mar 9, 2026 at 4:51 PM.
II. Operations

Transportation-Bus Purchase
J. Kinsey made a motion to purchase buses from Rush.
T. Lindsey seconded the motion.
Discussed the options of each quote Rush was recommended. Maintenance and gas mileage was discussed. A lot of talk about how many students can fit on each bus.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 5:26 PM.
