Subject to applicable law and to any adopted regulations limiting the total amount of time allocated for public testimony on particular issues and for each individual speaker, members of the public shall have an opportunity at the meeting to directly address the Board of Directors of the Corporation concerning any item in this notice before or during consideration of that item. Members of the public and all other interested parties are cordially invited to attend the meeting virtually or via teleconference, as shown above in the Zoom link. Individuals wishing to speak at a Board meeting must sign up at the meeting. There will be no sign ups in advance of the meeting.
Speakers must sign up prior to the item being acted upon by the Committee. A total of 10 minutes shall be allowed for all public comment for this meeting, all comments shall be limited to one minute each unless there are more than 10 people who wish to comment, in which event comments shall be limited to the total time allocated for public comments divided by the number of people who wish to comment. All comments directed to non-agenda items shall be heard at the conclusion of the meeting. Speakers who disregard that rule are subject to being muted. Public attendees have the right to remain anonymous, to record meetings and to review materials. At the moment due to COVID health and safety protocols, Gabriella Charter Schools is not having a physical call in location.
