M. Montero called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Libertas Academy Charter School to order on Tuesday Jan 16, 2024 at 5:32 PM.

P. Kkayego made a motion to approve the minutes from Monthly Finance Committee Meeting on 12-12-23.
J. Gunther seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

Reviewed December Finances, reports were on point with LA being in a strong financial position. Investment plan was implemented with CDs enrollment with Peoples bank and Fidelity.
