Call the Meeting to Order
M. Montero called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Libertas Academy Charter School to order on Thursday Feb 10, 2022 at 5:30 PM.

Approve Minutes
A. Surrette made a motion to approve the minutes from Monthly Finance Committee on 01-13-22.
M. Montero seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Unrestricted days cash is in the red but this is due to the timing of grants. Overall, financial health of the organization is strong.

With Omicron behind us, things are in a much stronger place. The school is starting to get ready for state tests that are coming up. We are also happy to share that our school has been renewed.
