M. Montero called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Libertas Academy Charter School to order on Wednesday Dec 8, 2021 at 5:30 PM.

A. Surrette made a motion to approve the minutes from Monthly Finance Committee on 11-11-21.
M. Montero seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

We've seen a big improvement in cash on-hand. Overall, the budget is well managed and we are on track to end the year with a surplus.

Ed provided an overview of mid-year data. Overall, students have made a lot of reading growth. We are on track to reach most of our academic goals.
