H. Zavala made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Committee Meeting on 01-14-20.
A. Surrette seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Finance
A.
FY21 Budget Presentation
Reviewed the four contingency budgets the management team put together. Discussed the thinking that went behind putting these budgets together.
B.
Discuss and Approve Monthly Financials
H. Zavala made a motion to approve the monthly financials.
A. Surrette seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
