Culture- key moments of building community
Reviewed the 2023-27 Strategic Plan and considered areas of success, progress, and in need of attention as we enter the final year

Evaluation
The board entered executive session to discuss the ED's evaluation and compensation.
Kari Diamond Kaiyotos joined as Chair of the ED Evaluation committee
At 10:30 the board returned from executive session and reviewed determinations about the ED's bonus.
