Call the Meeting to Order
P. Kkayego called a meeting of the board of trustees of Libertas Academy Charter School to order on Tuesday May 26, 2026 at 5:30 PM.

Approval of Previous Minutes
C. Resto made a motion to approve the minutes from Board of Trustees Meeting on 03-24-26.
J. Gunther seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
