Victor Rivera called a meeting to order on Wednesday May 15, 2024 at 7:31 PM.

Doris Givens made a motion to approve the minutes from BSNBCS2 Board Meeting on 04-17-24.
Shawn Carson seconded the motion.
The team VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Doris Givens made a motion to adopt the Resolution regarding the Sublease of 82 Lewis.

Doris Givens seconded the motion.

We received notice from NYSED that the CSP grant is working its way through the system and we anticipate that the funding will be received prior to the end of the Fiscal Year.
The School Management Team has submitted various compliance documents to the Charter Schools Institute, as required through the new schools process.
