Victor Rivera called a meeting to order on Wednesday Mar 20, 2024 at 7:02 PM.

Kevin Nesbitt made a motion to approve the minutes from BSNBCS2 Board Meeting on 02-28-24.
Joseph Sciame seconded the motion.
The team VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Doris Givens
Mr. Tishuk updated the Board on the status of BSNBCS2's application for the Charter Schools Program Grant, a federal grant for $1.25MM. He updated the Board on the status of the school's appeal to NYSED regarding facilities aid. The Board discussed the NYS Board of Regents' affirmative vote for the merger between BSNBCS and BSNBCS2 and the forthcoming vote next week by the SUNY Board's Charter Schools Committee, which would codify the merger prior to its July 1st, 2024 effective date.
